Pang Zhe is an experienced beauty industry professional, trainer and business owner with expertise across micropigmentation, beauty specialist treatments and massage therapy. She has developed practical knowledge and industry experience in delivering beauty and wellness services, while also supporting the development of professional skills through training and assessment. Her specialist expertise includes micropigmentation and advanced beauty treatments, with an understanding of treatment procedures, client consultation, treatment planning, hygiene, safety and professional practice. She also has experience in beauty specialist services and massage, enabling her to approach beauty and wellness from both a technical and holistic perspective. As a business owner in the beauty industry, Pang Zhe combines hands-on technical expertise with practical knowledge of operating and developing a beauty business. This includes understanding client expectations, service quality, professional standards, treatment management and the commercial realities of the beauty sector. Pang Zhe also has recognised SkillsFuture Singapore/WSQ competencies in adult learning, classroom facilitation, training programme development and competency-based assessment, providing a strong foundation for delivering structured professional training and assessing practical competencies.
Wei Woon
Wei Woon has more than 22 years of extensive training and consulting experience in the government and corporate sector. He has assisted many organizations in building up their learning capability to enhance human capital development in Singapore and overseas. He is also an avid practitioner and teacher for Agile Scrum methodology. Wei Woon currently serve as the Head of Academy for Beauty Valley Academy Pte Ltd He is graduated with - Masters in Training & Development, Griffith University - BSc (Hons) in Management, University College Dublin - Specialist Dip in Learning Science, NIE - WDA DACE & ACTA, SSG - Singapore Certified Management Consultant (SCMC)

Throughout her extensive career, she has developed a strong passion for sharing her knowledge, skills, and expertise with others, particularly aspiring beauty professionals and students.Her career has provided her with valuable opportunities to meet and connect with people from diverse backgrounds. She has also gained significant media exposure through invitations to appear on television, radio, and in newspapers, where she has shared her expertise and achievements in the beauty industry.Recognised for her diverse range of beauty skills and extensive industry experience, Rosmawati has established herself as a dedicated professional and educator. One of the highlights of her career was the opportunity to collaborate internationally in Kashmir and the Philippines, where she gained valuable experience as a beauty trainer and expanded her professional exposure beyond Singapore. For numerous years, she has committed herself to educating students across all levels, from beginner to advanced, and excels in improving learning outcomes through clear demonstrations and systematic teaching methodologies. Having served as a lecturer and trainer at Spatec Academy for over a decade, she has been responsible for teaching aesthetics and massage courses, providing practical demonstrations, supervising students, and assessing skills to ensure training quality and adherence to industry standards. Earlier in her career, she held management and training positions at beauty institutions such as Eroma Marketing, Pola Beauty Business, and Menard Beauty Parlour, amassing extensive experience in store management, customer consultation, professional beauty services, and employee training.
