COURSE OJECTIVE
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
Understand the basic principles of TCM tuina/acupressure and its connection to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Identify common acupoints and apply basic massage techniques to promote overall health and well-being. Gain practical experience in applying acupressure for self-care and daily wellness, including stress relief, pain management, and increased energy

Introduction to TCM Acupressure: Introducing the history, philosophical principles, and benefits of TCM acupressure.

Basic Acupoints and Massage Techniques: Teaching participants to identify and precisely locate core acupoints on the body, and master basic massage techniques.

Acupressure for Common Minor Ailments: Demonstrating how to use acupressure to regulate and relieve common everyday health issues.

Integrating Acupressure into Daily Life: Helping participants incorporate acupressure into their daily routines to achieve health preservation and maintain a healthy state
NTUC UTAP FUNDING
The above amounts are reference net fees after UTAP subsidy eligibility. Learners must pay the full fee first and submit UTAP reimbursement claims to NTUC on their own after course completion.

The above amounts are for reference only. Actual reimbursement depends on individual UTAP balance, course eligibility, and final NTUC approval. Post-subsidy fees are calculated based on net course fees inclusive of 9% GST.
Reimbursement Eligibility
Members must be paid NTUC members during the course and at the time of application. Learner attendance must be at least 75%. Learners must sit for and pass the relevant assessments as required by the institution. Learners must submit UTAP reimbursement claims within 6 months of course completion.
