Course Overview
The CIBTAC Level 3 Certificate in Education and Training is a practical and knowledge-based qualification designed for individuals who wish to develop professional teaching and training skills within education and vocational training environments.

This qualification equips Learners with the knowledge, understanding and practical competencies required to plan, deliver and assess effective learning for individuals aged 16 years and above. It supports progression into employment within education and training settings and enhances professional capability for those currently delivering workplace learning, vocational education or specialist training.
Learners will gain an understanding of educational principles, learner engagement strategies, assessment methodologies and the effective use of teaching resources to create inclusive and impactful learning experiences.
